Security Alarm

Hi All, happy Friday.
Very random issue here but has anyone had problems with their alarm sounding off for no reason.
It has just started as the weather has turned colder and seems to always go off at the exact same time each day. Always once and sometimes twice.
I did recently install the folding mirror / door glass module from Trac electronics. Easy install and no problems but i never had this problem before this install.
The weather and the mirror / door glass install timing could be a coincidence or maybe not.
I haven't run a scan as yet but will do so this weekend.
Has anyone encountered any issues like this.
Any advise will be much appreciated.

Quick update.
I have noticed the drivers door open alert comes on intermittently when driving so i assuming this has something to do with the sensor in the door.
Ute is locked but sensor thinks door has been opened, triggering alarm.
This will definitely relate to when i installed the power window / folding mirror module.
I have taken apart the door trim and placed the module in a different locating and i will see how i go.

Door ajar switches are intergrated into the door catch. Being they are hardwired and not can either means a damaged wire or a faulty door catch.
I would not have thought the module monitored this switch but its plausible. If it continues, remove it and see what happens and or contact Kerry from Trac and ask.

Update - Problem has been solved.
I believe it was caused by running the wires from the module over the cable that leads to the door catch. I'm guessing it was intermittently tugging on this causing the sensor to think the door was ajar and of course if vehicle is locked the alarm will sound.
I fixed this problem by running the wires a different way and used a cable tie around the connection to eliminate it moving.
This problem was occurring multiple times daily, it has now been a week since i fixed it and no issues whatso ever.
Please note this issue had NOTHING to do with the unit supplied by TRAC, this module works great, was easy to install, excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend this upgrade.

UPDATE - 6 weeks later and still all good.
Initial problem was definitely caused by where i ran the wires and they were tugging on the door catch wire.
TRAC unit going great guns as well, fantastic little upgrade.
