Thank you for replying. I am preparing to update to 3.4.21020 from 3.0.20204 including F10 maps for EU.

I apologize for the double post. The update is done! Everything seems to work as much as I've tried. I have the latest version, the interface lag is improved, not totally gone and it looks crisper due to the redesigned fonts, maybe a bit too bluish yet not too severe! And I have the EU F10 maps now. I am not sure how much improvement there is, bug given that I come from an F7 version and this is an F10 there should have been some updates in between. I did not try the IOS apps, will do that next. I hope it will not end up in a triple post .

FYI, I was able to do the update via the Ford site here on my MY19.75. No login required unlike the Australian site.

About time they fixed that site, gave up on it a long time ago.

Looks like MY19.25+ is now fixed and genuine Ford update for download is available.
