I’ve been trying to figure this out for hours but have got no idea.

Background, I’ve got 2 kings spotlights, connected to a 5 pin relay (came with the vehicle) and running thru a STEDI “Toyota” square switch. That is working perfectly, I can toggle, and only comes on with Highbeams. Indicator and backlight also works.

I’m trying to wire up a light bar on my roof to the same kind of STEDI 5 wire switch. The harness that came with this light bar has a 4 pin relay.

The diagram for the STEDI switch is:
Currently, i have the red positive going from the battery thru the fuse to the relay. The ground also connected to the battery.

The blue (85) , black (86), and white (30) wires go to my dash, the red (30) and black (86) go to the lightbar
Can anyone assist me with which of the 3 wires going to the dash, where they go on the stedi switch? Or if there is something else I’m missing.

The switch for the other lights is right next to it, so can I grab the “input” signal when the highbeams are on from there?

AFter much trial and error and reverse engineering the existing lights, i managed to get them to work correctly.

Could you elaborate on how you were successful, I have the same issue and would love some advice

This will take some brain power to remember. My car is just getting water pump changed, so once I get it back and have some time I'll have a look and try to let you know.
