Hi All

Bit of an interesting one. Had the car serviced today, and when I got it back, it seemed like the computer had been reset back to factory settings. A few things I noticed;
- lost my TPMS and had to re enable it in Forscan (I turned this on previously as Everest Trends did not come out with TPMS standard)
- Tyre sizes reset back to factory xxxx xxxx 0934 xxxx I had to change back to 0977
- TCM tyre sizes all changed back to factory
= Battery back to 75% SOC, I had to change back to 95%

That’s all I found so far, everything else looks ok, but may have missed something.
What would they have done? I didn’t even know it was possible for them to change the As Built items back.
Cheers Tezza

Never known a dealer to do a BCM update and re write factory asbuilt unless there was an issue. Especially being pre MY19, very weird.

Send them an invoice.
