Ranger Mods

Hi all,
I've just purchased the OBD adaptor from Ranger Mods and received it within a few days so was very happy. However when I plug it into the car I'm not getting any connection. It will chime for connection and then disconnecting straight away. I am only getting a blue light on the adaptor.
Has anyone else experienced this and if so how did you manage to connect.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a laptop issue, you will need to wait for Stewart to answer.

All sorted, just needed to update the drivers on my laptop. This is all new to me so working through it. Cheers
