Hi Guys,

I’m trying to find the door chimes delete also. I have downloaded the software from the FORScan website and made some other changes, but I am unable to see the IPC module. Any help would be appreciated

Have you licensed your copy of Forscan?
If Forscan isn't licensed it won't read all the modules.
Which dongle are you using?
Some dongles won't see all the modules as well.

The adaptor you are using is the issue. It is not compatible with MS bus. See store for compatible adaptor as you will be missing halve the modules.

Guys,
The following may be a simpler method.
I did mine the other day, if only the door chime was this easy.

Seatbelt Minder Deactivating/Activating
Preparation

Apply the parking brake.

Place the transmission selector lever in P (Park) - vehicles with automatic transmission or the neutral position - vehicles with manual transmission.

Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.

Close all the vehicle doors from the inside of the vehicle.

Deactivating/Activating

NOTE: Deactivation of the belt minder may also be carried out using IDS. Follow the instructions on the screen.

NOTE: The belt minder can be turned off independently for the driver and the front passenger by performing the following procedure.

Unbuckle the driver's safety belt.

Unbuckle the front passenger's safety belt.

Turn the ignition switch to the ON position (do not start the engine).

Wait until the safety belt warning indicator turns off.

NOTE: This step must be completed within 30 seconds or the procedure must be repeated.

Buckle then unbuckle the safety belt four times, ending with the safety belt unbuckled. Release the red unbuckle switch completely every cycle.

The safety belt warning indicator flashes momentarily to confirm the belt minder status change.

Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position. The deactivation/activation procedure is now complete.
Cheers Paul.
