Hi all. My name is Hilton from Melbourne Victoria. I own a PX2 XLT ranger that I have been modifying over the last few years. This has led me to this forum as I have a few issues I would like to resolve that have been caused by the Mods.
I have aftermarket wheels and tried to get ford to install new tyre pressure sensors on them, but was told they would not fit, so i would like to disable this function as my car constantly has an error up on the dash. The wheels have 33's on them which is causing my speedo to read slower than i'm travelling, so i'm looking into if you can adjust this with Forscan also.
I also have a 140L tank and have been told you can change the tank size setting to fix the Km's left till empty. I have also been told you can disable the beeping that occurs if you open the door with the keys in the ignition and also change the sat nav so that you can type an address whilst travelling.
Only just started looking into it and am not even sure if any or all of this is possible and my Ford dealer has been very unhelpful, so if anyone can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.
