Ranger Mods

Hey everyone, I connected the right high beam and low beam wires together and my right light went out (pretty stupid), after checking I saw that the fuse was blown and replaced it, still no power to the right light but park light and indicator works then after checking the low beam wire with a multimeter I was getting only about 4v compare to the 13 on the left so just wondering if I've messed up the wiring loom or is it an easy fix that I can do it myself before deciding to take it to the auto electrician.
