drivers door 4 window switch plate window switch has driver auto up/down.

in the same plate can the switch for passenger do auto up/down is there a switch to change or wiring change?

No it cannot.

Window regulator is different on the passenger side and is missing the required components. Required wiring would also be missing.

High level Everest has the required missing modules and wiring.
