Do I need to do a MAF/MAP relearn procedure on my PX after cleaning them? If so, how?

I can only find instructions for the PJ/PK ranger.

No idea, but I would say doubtful unless you have fault codes. Do you have any fault codes? If yes have you tried clearing them? Also look in the service section of Forscan and see if the function to reset exists.

If the vehicle is running properly after it is cleaned then the assumption is it will relearn if no faults.

Sorry I do not have access to a PX1 so cannot even plug IDS in and have a look.

Thanks Stu, I am currently in Melbourne and left my scan tool in Perth so I’m flying blind at the moment!! I did disconnect the battery yesterday, hopefully that sorts it.

Power has returned, but not sure about the economy gauge yet. No engine check lights on the dash at all. I am off to Adelaide in a few days, will see how it goes before confirming all is well.

I won't be back in Melbourne until Wednesday otherwise I would say call past and we can try resetting any learned values.

Yeah that’s me. Plenty of info on the PK/PJ but zero on the PX.
