Will a ARB summit bar 2012 fit on a 2019 model

Hi All,
I can buy a good ARB summit bar from a Ford Ranger out of 2012. Will this one fit on my 2019 model Ford Ranger?
Does the main installation fit on the frame of the car?
(For the radar I will buy a bracket and drill some holes for the parking sensors.)
