I just ordered my Ultra and I'm assuming its on the way. I feel like a complete newbie asking, but how do you program the extra items into the gauge? Plug in via USB into a PC and upload some text files?

Honestly, wait until it arrives and have the basic instructions in hand so you can see the layout menus etc. first. It is quiet simple once you start playing but it will be easier for you to ask specific questions once you are looking at it. All programming is done on the unit itself, no pc's, usb required.

I have just done the same from the states, Have you recieved yours yet? Just wondering how long it might take to get to WA
