Console lights

Mr Ford really doesn't stop to think about basic design does he?
Okay I think I've asked this question before - can you use Forscan to turn ON ALL the centre console switch lights ?
On my PX2 2017 Wildtrak they are black switches mounted into a black background, well below eye level and they are neigh impossible to see even in broad daylight, most of the time I'm obliged to use the touch screen to adjust fan speeds temperatures A/C on/off etc.
Any ideas ????

Turn the parkers/sidelights on an turns on all the dash lights

I agree 100%, these console lights should be on all the time. So is there a solution to have this changed?
This was one of three things I wanted to have changed. (Just new to my Everest and this forum)

No, they cannot be changed.
