Newbie Intro

Hi Everyone,
I bought myself a new Ford Ranger XLT PX2 4X4 Auto transmission in December 2016. A very nice Christmas present for myself. I have been enjoying it immensely ever since.
I am new to 4x4s and the art of driving them. However my backyard is the Top End of the Northern Territory and I have joined the local 4WD Club in Darwin. So far, I have bought the latest ARB Canopy for it that has been reinforced to take roof bars and the weight of something like a roof top tent.
The canopy can be locked with the rest of the car when I press the central locking remote control. I have also put rhino rack bars on the cabin roof and they can be fully adjusted because I have installed tracks on the roof.
I have also put a carpeted floor into the tub. That's it so far. Everything seems to be so expensive and I have to save up for it. That takes a long time.
Next, I am going to put in a dual battery system into the back and buy a fridge with slide.
I discovered SAEB'S column in New Ranger.net and I am very impressed with the MODS that can be done. I would like to get a long range fuel tank soon and I would like the tank volume to be recognized by the car and I would like to get rid of those annoying door chimes
I will be regularly keeping an eye on this forum as well for any help in the future.
