I found this card in my ranger not long after I got it, not sure what it’s for. I think i found it behind the fuse kickpanel next to steering wheel.
I know it’s common for American cars to have PIN code systems to get into their vehicles, is that what this is for? I can’t see anywhere on the car that it can be used.
