20S11 - PCM / TCM SOFTWARE UPDATE AND OIL CHANGE

Just wondering if anyone know the details of this recall.
I had my windscreen replaced today at the ford dealer and they said there was a recall action which they will do.
Im curious about the details of this, especially the oil change.??
Quite possibly the oil change is due to a DPF burn being forced before/after the PCM update.??

No idea, I do not have access to go through them all at the moment so cannot answer it.

Came here looking for some more info on this, for those who haven't yet had the work done below are the details from the letter I received today....
Issue: Potential failure of the transmission fluid pump gears while driving.
Fix: Dealer to update the transmission control module and powertrain control module software on your vehicle. The new software modifies the operation of the transmission fluid pump gears to address this concern
