Ranger Mods

Those that have installed DRL I would like to know which lights you used and how you wired them. I've seen lights with controllers the have 2 or 3 wires with indicator light connections. I'm thinking that by using the pin kit from here it only gets wired to a DRL without controller or with indicators.

The pin kit from here allows you to wire up the DRLs as per factory... i.e, they operate with the headlight switch in the auto position and go out when the headlights come on.

I would assume the controller have a voltage regulator built in also. Without seeing specs or wiring for the 3 pin controller I could not answer if pin kit would work but it most likely would if wired correctly.
