Has anyone been able to increase the speed of the rear diff lock cut-out on a PX3 ranger?
If not, could it be re-wired through a manual switch without throwing errors?

Speed for diff lock is hard coded into PCM firmware. It is not monitored so no reason it cannot be triggered with a separate switch. I would be inclined to use a diode in the wiring to stop any feed back to the PCM is all, assuming you want both options. Else just unplug and trigger manually.
