Internet signal not strong enough

Hi guys,
Updated by sync 3.0 to 3.4 on 2018 Titanium. Phone us Samsung Note 9
When connected to Android Auto, if I try voice command to do something (like, what is the temperature), AA fails and replies with a message similiar to "your internet connection is not strong enough".
Any ideas?
