Hi,
2019 European Ford Ranger Raptor 2.0 Ecoboost here looking for information on DPF filter gaskets.

I've seen an after DPF filter exhaust mod. Where it clearly showed that DPF gasket was smaller than DPF exit and exhaust.

Looking to do an exhaust mod myself, I was wondering if this is true and if the DPF in gasket is also smaller.
Then of course I would be changing both.

Ah, and as an extra question. What is recommended aftermarket exhaust diameter. I just want diameter needed for performance, not sound.

Thanks,

Not sure about cars over there but there is no gain in performance if a DPF back exhaust system is fitted to Rangers here
Three inch is the most common upgrade here.

Thanks, it will be combined with a sports filter and ECM tuning.
But there is a video on YouTube showing clearly that the opening in the DPF filter is far smaller than the pipe and DPF opening.
So I hope someone could give an insight on this.

By the way I just checked your profile. Aren't Raptors for Australia and Philippines both made in Thailand?

Added a picture from the video made by Mitsubish Turbo Tuner.

Thanks for any input. Image
