Hi all,
I'm sure this must have been covered at some point but I have searched the forum & can't fine a definitive answer.
Is it possible to change the "start up"/"shut down" splash screen to something other than the FORD logo? I have seen plenty of discussion about this for SYNC 3 but not SYNC 2.
I have already enabled the "configurable splash screen" option in asbuilt for the APIM & have tried lots of differnt options like "RS", "ford performance", "raptor" etc etc. The APIM accepts the re-coding but when it reboots, the Ford logo is still there! Am I missing something or is it just not possible to do this on SYNC 2?

Someone here will know for sure but I reckon with the sync 2 you can add your own graphic. A mate of mine has a PX1 with his company logo as his splash screen.

I know you can have your own image as the background or "wallpaper" if you like, but I'm on about the boot up & shutdown screen animation, which is just the Std Ford logo.I want to be able to chane this to something else like the sync 3 guys seem able to do.
