OBDLink MX+ and bluetooth/USB connectivity

Question for those running OBDLink MX+ with Forscan Lite on an iphone in PX3 … is the technology smart enough to allow bluetooth connection to the OBD scanner, as well as phone connection to the car via USB, at the same time, so can have Forscan Lite running, but also make/receive calls?

More so is the phone smart enough. Latest Bluetooth specs support it so it should do.
