Hi guys,
i need your help. can someone who owns PX1 wildtrak and has factory rear diff lock can send me his as built files(PCM, IPC and BCM) from Forscan?
I have installed axle with diff lock and i need to activate it in hex mode. It is not working in Central configuration mode,
i would like to compare those files with mines so i can find out which block is responsible for this option.
Thanks

Quick google search brought back MNAUMFF50EW322596 then confirmed as below. You can download the ab file from motorcraft.
Good luck. If it is not working in CCC then I would be very careful. Change asbuilt in a PX1 generally leads to tears.
"versionDescription": "WILDTRAK SERIES",
"modelYear": 2014,
"engineFuelCapabilityDescription": "DIESEL FUEL CAPABILITY",
"bodyStyleDescription": "Crew Cab",
"driveDescription": "4 WHL R/H PART TIME DRIVE",
"commonName": "Ranger - KD",
"engineDescription": "3.2L Duratorq-TDCi (200PS) - P",
"source": "VSS",
"vin": "MNAUMFF50EW322596",
"localVehicleLineDescription": "Ranger",
"transmissionDescription": "6 Speed Automatic Trans (6R80)",
"paintDescription": "HIGHLIGHT SILVER"

Still need someones IPC As built files if possible guys.
Factory file downloaded from Motorcraft web contains only 16 lines of IPC configuration. There is more then 100 lines to play with

Guys,
I'm trying to do the same thing with no luck. I've added some info in another thread.
viewtopic.php?p=23063&sid=bd85f7b5d1666 ... 9bc#p23063
I've had a look at a 2012 BT50 with diff lock and in the hex for IPC and PCM there is a lot of differences to my 2012 XL so hard to pin point which one is the diff lock.
Going to try buying an ECU from a XLS to see if that works.

I finally worked out how to add factory E locker to PX1 ranger, surprisingly simple once you know how.
A little background to how I managed to work it out as it may help others in the future with a central config arrangement.
I started by buying a used IPC from a XLT ranger that had a e locker, I installed it and copied backup central config to BCM and reset modules as well as re calibrating the ABS .(It through 2300 codes for a few modules after I loaded up the XLT config, on px1 rangers when the e locker is ON it disabled the traction control through the ABS module, on PX2 it only disables the back. This works for me as I'm planning on installing a front locker later)
I saved the central config for both my original setup and the updated xlt config, this worked well as when after you load an altered config and then go to write the config it lists the differences. (take a picture of the changes)
I then looked at every difference in the central config screen (in engineering mode 2) and changed them back one by one to see when the e locker would stop working. It was the entry for "DRIVEN AXLE" which was odd as both the config's were showing not configured but when you double click to open the options for this value there was 2 options for this not configured entry, one with a 6 and one with a 5 against it. change the value to not configured 5 and presto you now have a factory E locker. (don't forget to recalibrate/relearn the ABS module after this and reset IPC and PCM, resetting the pcm also resets amongst other things the long term fuel trims)
Note all the internal wiring, fuses and relays were already installed on mine it was only missing the dash button which plugs in and the wiring from the back of the cab connector to the diff lock.
This took me days and cost me a IPC so I hope this helps others.
