Ideally you will get a wiring diagrams for the PX2. If not ig+ can be found here in the Ford body and equiment manual, page 52. https://www.ford.com.au/content/dam/For ... als_au.pdf
As for the puddle lamps I will have to pull out multiple diagrams to try and explain. Won't be until later in the week or next week at this stage.

I just did my puddle lights on a 2016 Ranger xlt, bought a couple of wildtrak mirrors with existing puddle light sockets, plugged them straight in to the existing wiring, then ran additional wiring to the interior dome light so that the puddle light fade in and out as per a regular fit. Works perfect

Yep works straight away it's all there in the factory loom
Oh and when you out wildtrak mirrors on you get heated mirrors when you put on the rear demister

Hi James, curious if you have a wiring diagram for what wires you had to use? I just picked up some Wildtrak mirrors for my 2016 XLT and would like to do the same thing.james wrote: ↑Wed Jul 15, 2020 7:32 pm I just did my puddle lights on a 2016 Ranger xlt, bought a couple of wildtrak mirrors with existing puddle light sockets, plugged them straight in to the existing wiring, then ran additional wiring to the interior dome light so that the puddle light fade in and out as per a regular fit. When I fitted the Clearview Next Gen towing mirrors onto my 2017 XLT the puddle lights worked without me having to do a thing. As said above wiring etc is already there just need to add the puddle lights.

I fitted the Wildtrak mirrors and all wire pins are connected so it doesn't look like I could add a circuit or that a circuit is missing but the puddle lights don't work. I wonder if it needs to be enabled on the 2016 models?
