Getting inconsistent speeds when training Ranger owners on Hill Descent Contol.

1: Does anybody know the lowest vehicle speed HDC will allow? (I'm seeing 6 -10km/h on 20 degrees)

2: Can the lowest value achievable be reprogrammed?

TIA and a shout out to the group.
