IPhone contacts

Okay, I have an iPhone SE and despite repeated attempts my Wildtrak wont copy all of my contacts from the phone to it's system, what am I doing wrong ?

Ask the dealer to update your Sync version as there was an early update for issues like this.

I'm running Sync 3 and was told NOT to download version 3.3 as it has some serious issues -- is this true or should I download it ??

What build of 3.0?

No you cannot install 3.3 and there is no need to.

Try deleting the phone connection all together or look in Bluetooth settings on the iPhone for this sync connection and confirm all optiins are selected.

I see others with the same issue fixed it by doing a Sync3 factory reset.

All good. I deleted my phone from the Wildtrak and the Wildtrak from my iPhone and them re-synced them and I now have the full list of contacts.

I should add with my iPhone the contacts have to be in the "favourites" list of contacts Sync 3 does not read the normal list
