I installed a ford tow bar to on my19 cos u used Ford original wireing and installed the tow module under passenger seat.
It says steps 11 to 20 are to configure the setting can I use a Wi-Fi elm327 plug n forscan to configure trailer sway control

Yes, I has the Trailer programming added in the last to second last release. Being multiple modules are you would be better off with a quality adaptor unless you can get that device to work properly.

I have one type here wp/ in the shop or you can find different brands elsewhere depending on your requirement.

If it is not viewable on the PX3 then I will need to get it moved across. I think I will see one tomorrow and try to remember to double check.

I tried to connect this Wi-Fi obd it will connect to the interface but not the car I keep getting the msg in the photo.
Also I only added the trailer module not the parking module

You either do not have the ignition on or do not have the latest version of Forscan I would say or worst case yes your dongle is just not compatible.

Which ever way that adaptor would not be compatible with all the module that need to be programmed.

I did have ignition one it says the obd is version 1.5 it might be old
I only downloaded forscan a few days ago how can I tell wat version it is
I might just have to buy your set up

Sounds like Forscan is up to date.

It's not a given that all adaptors works and most wifi china tools do not.

Do I need the forscan licence could that be the problem

Yes you will, you can get the free 2 month license or purchase one.

So I got the license and now when I connect it says my Wi-Fi obd is no good
If i buy the toggle off the forum shop it should work properly then

Basically the cheap wifi clone elm will not work.

Yes, my adaptors will work 100% or I would not sell them.

I got your dongle and download the trail licence and still getting same msg can't connect to car
What am I doin wrong

Is your ignition on?
Have you removed any other devices from OBD ports?
