(Please move if in wrong section )

Got home to Weipa late last night, very rough in some sections ute was pulling a tinny, quad in back of ute, very loaded, anyway the ute was running really well, fuel @ 13.4 happy days concidering the load it was hauling.

Unpacked this morning thought I'd head down and give it a bath at the car wash.
Just pulled up in the wash bay and the engine cut out wtf? The ute would not start again, looked down at the dash and error message "read owners manual" and spanner in the dash display, pulled out the phone with forscan lite and did a scan P244D tried clearing it didn't seem to work at the start then all of a sudden I tried to start the engine again it starts (sat in the wash bay for 45min) anyway went straight home but now has a engine light on the dash not the spanner. Ran forscan on the laptop and seem to have a LOT going on.

Can anyone shed some light on whats wrong and can it just be reset?
Keep in mind I'm about 700km from the nearest ford dealer.
TIA
Mick

What are the rest of the fault codes?

Thanks for taking the time to reply Stewart,
Promised the good woman a roast tonight, the ute is still parked up in the shed, I'll post more info in the morning, much appreciated.

Do screen shots of every error then try and clear and let us know what fault codes persist.

Also were you monitoring egt13 when the error you have shown come up? If not do you have a way to monitor it?

I know towing a load of sorts I can have 19PSI in 6th gear unless I back off and the exhaust will start to smell pretty hot. I do not have a DPF but maybe with you load plus burn offs it's not a happy sensor anymore. I would think it would clear though hence why I say if you can see what the base temp is with the ignition on it may give a clue. If it's showing 300degrees cold then we know it's a sensor fault.

Just some thoughts.

Thanks,
I ran torque pro on the way down, but found that the mx wifi was showing about 170+ faults/errors so I didn't use it on the way home ( now under warranty claim, trying to swap for mx bluetooth) egt13 not monitored.
Forgot to grab a pic of egt13 this morning but temp was @ 0 degrees

My google fu this morning gave me a few things to look at, found a wire on the DPF was touching (
maybe the open circuit B12C2? ) although it wasn't burnt through or could I see bare wires. My thinking was all that really rough sections of road has dislodged a wire somewhere.
Taking it for a test drive shortly.

Cleared DTC's this morning also, only ones left are below.
Glow Plugs
Open Circuit

Once again thank you for taking the time to help.

Test drive done, no engine light, only faults now are the ones above,
Glow Plugs and Open Circuit
Regarding the open circuit, it mentions puddle lamps? Is that referring to a light under the door mirrors? if so I don't have any?

You have removed the rollbar so puddl lamps will always show a fault as they have been removed. Everest puddle lamps are under the mirrors.

I would be checking the loom under the engine cover at the front and see if your trip has caused the loom to rub through on the top of the timing chain cover.

Most faults are caused be loose wires etc. I can easily set off a ton of common errors just by pulling a scan tool out of the obd port the wrong way or touching the end of some can bus wires I have floating around at the moment. I bet then most of the radar errors etc that people get are from connections not fully pushed home.

The term puddle lights through me for a bit, makes sense now, will be checking all my wiring under the bonnet on my days off.

Cheers
