Make sure ignition is on.

Also what adaptor are you using?

More than likely an adaptor issue. I generally have no such issue with mine.

I'm trying to enable the fog lights function, I checked again and found this, does that means that the fog lights are already enabled? if so the problem is a faulty stalk. I really need some help with this case

Yes, they may well already be enabled.

You would be best to have an auto electrician diagnose or get your self a test light or start tracing the wiring loom until you find a fault if there is one.

I checked and there's no energy going throught the wires, unless the fuse is missing or something in the stalk. I asked the dealer to check it some time ago, they told me that my stalk could be faulty, but I can't trust them, since they pretty much do nothing with the ford tool

Is there a way to disable the exterior lights turning on when a door is opened using forscan on a PX1 ranger?

Not sure if this is possible on a PX1.
Enable Silent Mode in the IPC will do that.

In pgh911 post he has this image which I noticed 3 settings options with smart charge disable/enable can someone explain the 3rd option "with battery monitor sensor, recovery charge ability"
I take it is smart charge enabled but the recovery charge ability eludes me.

The full definition has not been included.

It should say "Battery Monitor Sensor With Smart Regen Charge (JLR only)" and is Jaguar Land Rover and is not applicable to your vehicle.

Does anyone know how to configure PX1 ranger for the factory REAR diff E-locker.
The wiring harness for these in a XL is mostly there except for the cab to diff portion.
I've tested from the switch to PCM input and its all connected.
From what i've worked out the PCM drives the relay to operate the E-locker solenoid.
The IPC (dash) has a light to indicate when the diff is locked, from this is assume a change is needed in both PCM and IPC.
Mine is a sept 2012 XL 4wd , I've looked at a may 2012 bt50 with factory locker and copied off the hex values for PCM and IPC to compare to mine, a lot of lines have different values so hard to take a stab at what one needs changing.
I've noticed on the BT50 when first powering up the instrument cluster must perform a self test and lights up most of the lights including the diff lock symbol, On mine the same test no diff lock symbol.
Also when using forscan to monitor LOCKDIFF pid that when diff lock is off its showing ON in software and and when operating button (diff lock on) it changes state to OFF. Testing mine no change of state occurs suggesting that the PCM needs a change to one of the HEX addresses.
I've seen XL models for sale that have the e-locker so assume it's and easy change if you know what hex values need changing.
Can anyone shed some light ?

I finally worked out how to add factory E locker to PX1 ranger, surprisingly simple once you know how.
A little background to how I managed to work it out as it may help others in the future with a central config arrangement.
I started by buying a used IPC from a XLT ranger that had a e locker, I installed it and copied backup central config to BCM and reset modules as well as re calibrating the ABS .(It through 2300 codes for a few modules after I loaded up the XLT config, on px1 rangers when the e locker is ON it disabled the traction control through the ABS module, on PX2 it only disables the back. This works for me as I'm planning on installing a front locker later)
I saved the central config for both my original setup and the updated XLT config, this worked well as when after you load an altered config and then go to write the config it lists the differences. (take a picture of the changes)
I then looked at every difference in the central config screen (in engineering mode 2) and changed them back one by one to see when the e locker would stop working. It was the entry for "DRIVEN AXLE" which was odd as both the config's were showing not configured but when you double click to open the options for this value there was 2 options for this not configured entry, one with a 6 and one with a 5 against it. change the value to not configured 5 and presto you now have a factory E locker. (don't forget to recalibrate/relearn the ABS module after this and reset IPC and PCM, resetting the pcm also resets amongst other things the long term fuel trims)
Note all the internal wiring, fuses and relays were already installed on mine it was only missing the dash button which plugs in and the wiring from the back of the cab connector to the diff lock.
This took me days and cost me a IPC so I hope this helps others

hi, do you able to share the IPC as built data config which had e locker indicator? i want to do mine too. 2.2 xlt 2012.

Thanks in advanced
