Hi all,
I have an ODBLink EX connected via USB. When I connect it to the car it successfully establishes a connection then gets hung up on reading vehicle info. Then I get the message ‘unable to identify vehicle’ please enter factory PCM number. Anyone had this issue?
I’ve got an 2021 FX4 Max.
Cheers

I had similar happen once
The vehicle had a chip installed and I had to enter the serial number of the chip to enter
Yours is suggesting that a custom tune may be installed
Do you know if it has had a tune done?
