Hi,
Was not happy with original Ranger decals on the side and tailgate. Going to make my own, more of a raptor style. I think matt black on black metallic paint they going to look subtle and good.
I just can't decide what style to go with... Need some advice, which do you guys think will look best? I will add some tear effect on the letters similar to older Raptor style decals.

Decals aren't a priority to me, but I wouldn't even consider one where the R is reversed

True, but i really hated 4x4 sticker on the side and hideous ranger sticker on the tailgate. So im going to replace them with something, to fill out the empty space. If any one want vector file im happy to share. As long people are not profiting on it
Im ended up with this, lets see how its gonna look when longer matte black vinyl arrives.

I would prefer no decal on the tailgate, it is too big and ugly.
If I could get it removed and not damage the paint work, I would.

Ross, I removed all my decals, including the Ranger one on the tailgate. It's real easy mate, borrow the wife's hair dryer and warm them up, then peel them off. Just use your fingernail and wipe with a bit of turps to remove any traces of glue. Simples...

That was easier than I expected, all done.
It should be faster now with that weight gone

Attached is the artwork in AI, SVG and PDF format. I can make stickers, but it is just to expensive to make it here in Norway and send to Australia
Just use the artwork, it is scalable to any size you want. Take it to a local guy and print or cut it.
I prefer using wrap vinyl designed for cars and long time use and UV exposure like Oracal 751C or 951 and cut it. Some prefer using a print on a vinyl.

Well I personally think the Ranger looks a lot better/cleaner without any decals.
Thanks again for the tip Gerry.

Printed one 55cm long one, and only did the rear. Matte black on black looks good. Only visible in direct sun, otherwise pretty subtle.
