Good Afternoon (EVENING/MORNING) Everyone!

any body experienced with reverse camera's? i have ford factory fit reverse camera on my wildtrak, on saturday the reverse parking guidelines stopped working! (I get the fixed ones, but the moving ones have vanished!) Forscan pulls up error code B115E:08-0A. have had a quick google but nothing comes up! not a major problem as still under warranty until march 2021, and Ive got it booked in next thursday (20/02/2020) but its like someone has stolen my left eye!! anyone had a similar experience?

Mine were not working a few weeks ago but after some searching online I found that he active lines do not, at times, come on until you have reached a certain speed, 20kph?

Which all seems a bit strange but I drove to over 20kph and then the active lines function was working again.

B115E:08-0A from what module, BCM or PSCM?

Steering angle comes from PSCM and generally if lines disappear altogether then the camera is on the way out as it loses LIN signal from the camera to BCM.

Try running LIN module configuration or whatever it is called service procedure.

If a camera does lose lines and is not faulty then this will relearn the modules that use LIN bus.

Thank you, Error code comes from the BCM, no errors on the PSCM. hopefully camera is knackered and they will replace under warranty! hopefully i can get it back pretty quickly then!

Glad you got it sorted, it was always going to be LIN related or a fauly camera.

Any idea where the wiring issue was, inside boot where tailgate folds or at a multiplug?

Apparently, the wiring was damaged inside the Tailgate (not in between the tailgate and body) so assumed damage during manufacture
