Hi all, I'm a Boomer with an electrical/controls background, have been messing with data from machinery and racecars for many years. Finally, decided I needed to get better information on what my tow wagon is doing?
Driving a 2016 PX2 Ranger 4x4 and regularly tow a 25' travel trailer, the package comes in right around 6 Tonne all up. On 90km service, I noted that auto trans fluid was a bit low (topped up 1lt), and see that I need to monitor trans temperature. Have ordered OBDLink MX+ from a local NZ supplier as my dongle, and understand that I need to write a PID for TFT... Guessing that will lead to further exploration
Thanks for the guidance, Dave

Hi.
If you are doing a bit of towing it is advisable to get the trans serviced every 40,000klms or so.
