I had an amazing day today. I have been talking to a Ford dealer for a few hours.... What!!!

No wait, I have never met a more helpful and knowledgeable crew. Matt and Aaron both know there stuff inside out and there customer service was outstanding. I did not know the dealer or staff before this time but all I can say is it felt like 20 years ago when service centres wanted to actually help.

I'm not selling anything and most people will know my previous dealing with different companies including Ford so if you need anything done, servicing, repairs the visit the guys at Clayton Service Centre which is owned by Chadstone Ford. They are located at Factory 3/1 Garden Road Clayton.

Its doubtful they will even see this but most will know I don't recommend on a whim. Cannot express the effort these guys have put in, awesome.

Awesome to know as i am reasonably close and willing to travel for some good service, the dealings ive had with a couple others closer to where i live over the phone is less then impressive....
