Hi Stewart,
Is there a PID to read the DTE to display it on a scangauge or ultragauge.
I know is is displayed on a screen on the dash but I want to see it without having to change from my normal screen.
Also, I do not want to have the scangauge or ultragauge calculate it, I would rather have the actual DTE calculated by the vehicle.

I would say there probably is. I would have to pull out Forscan and see if the PID is listed in the IPC and if not will then scan the IPC and see if its hidden there somewhere.
Added to the to do list.

Had a thought the other day about this.
The cluster is on a different bus. Scangauge or Ultragauge is not plugged into this bus and would not be able to read the cluster PIDs anyway.
It may be possible to pull all the data through the MS bus but it runs at half the speed so not sure how it would go.
It's simple to try and I may try it at some stage.
