new to forscan, how do i change these on Ranger Raptor

Hi

Looking to do a couple of things in my new Ranger Raptor 2019 (2.0l ecoboot)

Wanting to

- Disable auto stop/start
- Start in sports mode if possible
- disable door chimes

Can these things be done
