hi guys my Px3 the lights come back on in AUTO on startup even if I turn them off when turning off?

is there a setting to have it remember headlight position on turn off instead of resetting to AUTO again?

Im getting weird issue where the LH parker came on one night on its own and had to start ute and turn off to get it off again so want to leave in off postion instead of auto.

I don't know about your auto headlight query, I don't use auto.

Your left hand Parker issue is most likely a feature they have. If the left indicator is on it will activate left parkers when ignition is off.

By starting the car you probably then turned off the indicator that would have been flashing solving your problem.

Maybe clarify your headlight issue more, I cannot make sense of it.

You sure you don't have DRLs set as headlights? These are a mechanical switch and can't just move themselves for laughs.

What i was wondering as well...
How does a passive, mechanical, rotatory dial just move itself over to Auto position?
Interesting issue

Reading this thread, I think I noticed something similar last night mucking around in Forscan, while turning ignition on & off between changes. In my PX3 XLT, I also turned my headlight rotary dial all the way left to off, trying not to annoy the neighbours late at night. When I cycled the ignition on via push start button, I lights were coming on at the front. Not low beam, but probably the DRL's. This is probably the behaviour described. I guess the rotary dial is not disabling DRL's in the off position?
