Lust joined and looking for the way to turn off the park lights when you open the door function.
When away with the caravan and I open a door during the night it lights up like a Christmas tree , for a good 5 minutes !
Very annoying !!


Mine is a 2012 PX1 XLT

Not sure on any programming fixes but if I ever plug into a px1 I will see if there is a way around it. There is no silent mode as such.

Try opening the door and flash the high beams, I have tried it and if I remember right it worked for me but it was a long time ago. I would try it myself to confirm but my ute is in pieces at the moment...

Yep, this is what I do automatically on a daily basis,
I park the car, turn off ignition and flick the hi-beam, it cancels out the headlights so you don't have to wait that enduring 60 seconds, however the parkers still reside until you keyfob lock.

There is no way to turn this off in asbuilt.
