How does one upload a sound clip?
I have an mp4 sound file I'd like to upload as part of an advice request...

Never tried and doubt it would be supported. You would usually host it like a video, which would be youtube or other then a shared link posted here.
Video and Audio are generally never hosted locally due to bandwidth issues it creates.
