Hi Guys,
I'm not much of an auto electrician so I don't know if there is any cabling magic I can do here:
I got some aftermarket tail lights, but they are wired internally to activate the rear park lights when braking. This causes me issues as I have 2022 WildTrak DRL headlights installed, and so when I brake, the DRLs get dim (as the park lights seem to override the DRLs in the factory headlights)
Is there any cabling magic that I can do to stop the tail lights sending power to the whole park circuit, while braking?
I'm going to take them out and see if I can snip the wire somewhere inside them so that braking only activates the dedicated brake lamps, but I'm not confident I am going to be able to get to where ever that is inside the lamps.

Maybe putting a diode in each rear tail light feed wire?.
