Does anyone know if it's possible to split the standard reverse camera signal to a second screen?

Is the signal always on, but only selectivly displayed? Or is the camera powered on/off selectivly as dictated by being in reverse gear?

Pretty sure when there is no reverse selected then no lin message sent to camera to turn on. You would just have to check it.

Camera is only an analgue camera so nothing facing. Splice it and send straight to anything with RCA video input.
