New to forscan using 2 months trial key

Ranger is a 2020 XLT
Unable to write IPC Module or the as build one.
No problems with bdyCM (got rid of the double honk)
Don't remember exact wording of error something like service disrupted or something can have look next week.
Please help any ideas thank you?

if you are using the latest version there seems to be a bug in it go back to an earlier version.
