Is there any possibility to get more info on the IPC Entertainment screen from APIM.

Regarding DAB, only info showing is station name, is it possible to get it to show more info, like playing now.

This is due to that sort of info is in Sync3, and when using android auto, it requires going out of AA and back to Sync3 using touchscreen.

Unfortunately no. This is limited to what data AA can send across the network and the fact that AA is not just designed for Fords.

I am aware of AA. Question was DAB module on the sync3 is running in the background, sync3 will show DAB channel, and aux info on main display. However IPC only shows channel, nothing else.

Could that aux info be sent to IPC.

AA is a different ball game, but when you use it. Sync3 is in the background, so channel name is still sent to IPC. Just not aux info. On many new cars, they have same solution, channel name only as standard, but thru menus you can always select to show aux as well, it usually comes either scrolling or differentiate between station name and aux info. However there is no menu for that in Sync3. Maybe it's buried somewhere?

No, Sync 3 is not sending any more data over the CANBUS as far as I've seen. There are no asbuilt changes that will change this as it is written into the firmware.
