disabling dimming

Hi, is it possible to disable the auto dimming when it clicks over to night mode (auto headlights)

the dash and sync3 dim too much for my liking at night

Have never looked into it. Possibly.

Why not just adjust the dimming switch to be brighter? Assuming it is still located on the headlamp switch.
