Hey dudes and dudettes,
I’m not the most technically minded person out there by any means but I need/want to get some changes done to my wildtrak PX2.
Change battery to dual battery mode (cause I run a fridge all the time and sick of having to run the stupid ignition wire) think this is remove smart charge?
Change start battery SOC to higher then it currently is because no reserve in this battery has pissed me off too many times and if I end up replacing it I want it to charge normally.
Add the street sign recognition if possible (pretty sure it is on mine)
Add climate controls to dash
Remove the annoying fucking chimes!!!!
Does anybody around this area know what they are doing to do it and what kind of $$$
Cheers peeps!
Hope to talk soon

Hi.
TSR can only be done by Stewart so send him a PM and he may be able to help.
Not sure if you would have it, mine didn't.
Changing to Dual battery mode will increase the voltage which will give you a higher State of Charge
The OEM Ranger battery isn't much good and running a fridge off it constantly will drain it fast.
Calcium batteries aren't the best for what you are doing, ideally you need a deep cycle battery.
Rangers are hard on batteries and Calcium batteries self discharge @ 13% per month where an AGM battery self discharges @ 1-3% per month.

Yeah I am aware of the shyte quality of the OEM battery hence why I am trying to up the charge!
I run my fridge off the dual deep cycle thats not an issue, the issue is that because its not dual battery mode enabled I have to have a third (ignition) wire to charge deep cycle battery which in turn means I cant easily remove the deep cycle from my car.
Have been in contact with Stewart and purchased a USB forscan tool thingy to make said changes (execpt traffic sign) myself
