Hi Guys,
I've got 2 questions and hoping someone could Answer.. I just ordered a New Ranger Raptor MY20.25 and waiting for it to arrive.. Apparently its on a boat..
You're one step closer to driving your brand new Ranger! Your vehicle has just been shipped and is on its way to Australia. A consultant from Thomson Ford will contact you as soon as your Ranger arrives.
1. Where is it coming from ?
2. Is it possible to Retrofit front sensors and integrate it with the Factory screen as opposed to having a second screen/device to visually see the front sensors ? (Like the wildtrak already has)
Cheers
Neil

Additional posts deleted, the more posts the slower I answer................... Patience is key, I have a life also.
1. Thailand.
2 . Could be retro fitted. See > https://www.saeb.net/viewtopic.php?f=37&t=84 < You will not have the plug at the front. You would have to make a complete loom up from the parking sensor loom to the BCM inside the cabin. Parking module and Sync should have no problems excepting the programming changes.

I'm in Melbourne so not close and honestly it would probably take a whole day to do from scratch, time wise I just could not do at the moment. Good try though.

Yeh but the write up I believe is for Sync2? My15+ XLT?.. or have I misread it?
I’m actually really keen to do this mod so just want to be sure before I go and start ordering the parts..

Sync 2, Sync 3 shouldn't matter. Every other module is shared across PX2 and PX3 with some additional firmware additions and as-built changes. Generally as-built get added to not removed and redone from scratch so all changes should still apply. You will need most likely need pins to suit BCM though as I still doubt the large sensor plug will be there. Also ARB sensor housings as there will be nothing genuine to suit.
You would be best to get the car then take pictures of BCM plug wiring, near drivers right knee and I can then probably tell you if the loom is there and even wired to the BCM.
