Pretty sure part number is DU2Z-14474-DA. Possibly confirm once you have it for others reference as it will come in FoMoCo bag.,

So does this plug in?
Or need terminating?

You'll need to pull the plug on the BCM, dismantle it and fit the terminal pin, then reassemble. What you'll end up with is a single wire that has a 12v signal with ignition, which in turn can be used to feed a relay. There are instructions and pics somewhere, not sure where... if I find them I'll post a link.

cool got the part from Ford as described.
run in cable but need to source dual load relay first before connecting to bcm plug.

dose the relay need a resistor or diode to prevent voltage spike during contacts potentially sending voltage spike back to bcm?
only see a dual 40a which is overboard for a dash cam, uhf.

No. That is the whole idea of using a relay in the first place. BCM is only triggering the relay coil and is isolated from any other voltage source if wired correctly.

If you are only powering a dash cam and uhf I also would not even bother using a relay, the current draw would be no where high enough to be needed.
