Hello y’all,
Been having some trouble with the ranger lately. Long story short, after approx a year with the ranger i started experiencing a weird issue with my accelerator pedal. The vehicle will rev itself upto 1,500 rpms when i press the clutch to downshift or to a stop. The engine will rev upto 30 secs before getting to normal. On a flat road, if i don’t accelerate or i start driving from 2nd gear, the vehicle will self accelerate. Went to the dealership, they changed the accelerator pedal. All came fine. Now i am experiencing the same issue but when i press the clutch i can feel a pulsating thing going on. The revs will be off and same thing happen when i switch from lower gears to higher ones. My gear shifter is also very hard to manoeuvre! I have approximately 77K Kms on the counter. Any chance you might know what that is?
Notable things i did with the car: K& N filter, HKS Legamax exhaust and a software remap from 200 to 235 hp.

Does not mean anything to me.
Clear you current codes and see if anything comes back. Thinking back on those codes you did have throttle codes, they could be new or could be when you had it replaced. Clear and monitor.
Clutch, will it just sounds like it's on its way out.
