Hi guys,

I have a 2013 PX XL and have fitted a few XLT items.

I installed the driving lights and had to get them "activated" by ford in the Pre Delivery settings.

Ive since fitted an XLT locker diff and want to know if anyone on here could point me in the direction of getting this "activated" in the BCM settings (similar to the driving lights).
I'm fairly confident that's it will be similar as the diff lock light is actually in the dash, as was the driving lights one.

Could someone here connect up to my car to check this?

I'm in Melbourne

Brings back memories from a Facebook post regarding the same question............ Think some heads butted.

Have you wired it to the vehicle as per the XLT wiring diagrams?
Have you brought the correct console switch?
Have you wired the console switch correctly the the correct module?

There is an option in the PX1 CCC programming to change from open style rear axle to limited or locking. Whether this will influence everything else that goes along with it is unknown as I have not done it. The same questions above would still apply anyway.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have wired it as close to factory as possible. Instead of the factory switch grounding the locker wire, Ive rigged up a relay to activate the locker but would like it to come up on the dash. I know the dash light is there as it comes on when you run the cluster self test.

I really believe this is the same case as the driving lights. Just needs to be activated, and then the correct wire used to ground via switch for it to work like factory. I just need someone to turn on the damn thing via WDS or Forscan :)
