does Forscan do that?
I have experience with Toyotas and techstream software that I use with my USB cable .. is the Forscan the program that dealers use for Mazda?

I doubt that the dealers would use Forscan, but Forscan does also reportedly support Mazda vehicles. So with a suitable dongle your chances would be favorable. However, maybe do a search online for a dedicated Mazda forum or group and ask there for a more definite answer. Good luck mate.

Mazda would use IDS.

Look in Forscan and see if PATS programming is there in the service area. If it shows up for that vehicle when connected then yes it should support. If not then no.
